As part of our responsibility for the future, here are the steps we are taking:
Building a greener future
We understand the significance of achieving long-term sustainability through coordinated and transparent climate and environmental action.
To achieve this, we are working on the following:
- Reducing our business travel by at least 30% and prioritizing low carbon travel options
- Prioritizing partners who share our values and ambitions, including reducing their carbon emissions and managing their environmental impact
Creating a diverse workforce
We believe that espousing diversity can lead to cultural competency and the ability to offer services that meet our customers’ unique social, cultural, and linguistic needs. Hence, we are constantly working towards increasing diversity in our workforce.
Building an ethical business
When it comes to running a business, we are a firm believer in leading by example rather than simply doing what is necessary. We operate ourselves in a way that can impact everyone we meet. From management to the staff, we always ensure ethical and compliant business practices which are integral to our product and service offering. As a result, business ethics is not an aspiration for MEDINICS but a must for our success.
